2: Deal flow
We vet deals and and send you the best ones - deals that we’ll be also co-investing. We send documentation from the sponsor and our analysis. You decide if you want to invest.
3: Request allocation
If you choose to invest, you respond to a specific deal with your desired allocation, lower than the minimum amounts required by sponsors. We create an LLC for this investment, together with other co-investors. Typically we charge an admin fee and a percent of carried interest (after your original capital is returned).
4: Distributions
We will issue quarterly distributions based on your percentage of ownership in each asset that you own. We also generate annual K-1 tax forms for each of your investments.
