Private Placement Investments
We are a boutique investment management company for accredited investors. We focus on assets that generate passive income. Currently, we’re interested in real estate, hedge funds, life settlement, and other private placement assets. We focus on deals that are not available on public markets and only accessible to accredited investors. We vet deals and present deal flow to our co-investors.
Private placement deal sponsors usually require $50-250k minimum investments and getting allocation is competitive. We invest alongside you. Our co-investors get access to this deal flow with lower minimum check sizes. By pooling money together across our network, we lower the entry size into these deals. This approach helps to build a diversified portfolio of alternative assets with lower risk for a given investment amount.

Income from life settlement investments is generally non-correlated with the market - factors that influence stocks, bonds, and real estate do not apply to life settlements. We work with sponsors with years of experience and conservative underwriting.
Other alternative assets
From real estate debt financing to long short hedge funds, we invest in private placement offerings and funds that generate higher returns than assets you can buy in the open market.
